FeelQuit - 用户协议

1. 引言（Introduction）

欢迎使用 FeelQuit（以下简称"本应用"）。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读并理解本《用户协议》。使用本应用即表示您同意本协议的全部内容。如您不同意本协议，请立即停止使用本应用。

Welcome to FeelQuit ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. 适用对象（Eligibility）

本应用面向具有完全民事行为能力的成年人使用。未成年人应在监护人的指导和同意下使用。

The App is intended for adult users with full legal capacity. Minors may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

3. 使用许可（License to Use）

本应用授予您一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可，用于在您的设备上安装和使用本应用。

The App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your device.

您不得 / You must not:

反向工程、反编译、反汇编本应用；
复制、修改、传播或出售本应用内容；
将本应用用于任何违法用途。

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App;
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. 用户数据（User Data）

本应用无需注册账号，所有数据均存储在您的设备本地，包括您自愿填写的基础资料（如性别、年龄、吸烟年限等）以及您输入的戒烟记录。

The App does not require an account. All data remains stored locally on your device, including optional profile information (gender, age, smoking history) and the smoking-urge records you enter.

您应自行负责设备的安全性，包括但不限于设备密码、系统加密、备份策略等。

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including but not limited to passcodes, system encryption, and data backups.

卸载本应用将删除所有本地数据且无法恢复。

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data and cannot be undone.

5. 订阅与付费（Subscriptions and Payments）

本应用包含应用内订阅服务，所有交易由 Apple App Store 支付系统处理，开发者无法访问任何支付信息。

The App includes subscription-based features handled entirely through Apple's App Store payment system. The developer does not have access to your payment information.

订阅解释 / Subscription Terms:

您的订阅将在到期前自动续订，除非您提前关闭。
订阅管理和自动续订关闭可在 iOS 设置中完成。

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings at any time.

6. 医疗免责声明（Medical Disclaimer）

本应用仅用于记录吸烟冲动和辅助戒烟，不构成任何医疗建议、诊断或治疗。

The App is designed to help you track smoking urges and support quitting. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

如您有吸烟相关健康问题，请咨询专业医疗人员。

If you have health concerns related to smoking, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. 禁止行为（Prohibited Conduct）

您同意不进行以下行为：

使用本应用进行违法活动；
破坏应用运行或尝试入侵系统；
利用本应用发布、传播虚假或有害信息；
复制、篡改或商业性利用本应用。

Using the App for illegal purposes;
Interfering with or attempting to breach App security;
Posting or distributing harmful or misleading content through the App;
Reproducing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the App.

8. 责任限制（Limitation of Liability）

本应用按"现状"提供，开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

数据丢失（包括卸载应用导致的丢失）；
因设备故障、系统错误、操作不当引起的问题；
用户对应用内容的误解或依赖；
因使用本应用导致的任何间接损害。

Loss of data (including loss caused by uninstallation);
Issues caused by device errors or system failures;
Misunderstanding or reliance on App content;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. 协议更新（Changes to the Terms）

开发者可在必要时更新本用户协议。新版协议将在应用内公布并自发布之日起生效。

The developer may update these Terms when necessary. Updates will be posted within the App and will take effect upon publication.
