FeelQuit（以下简称"本应用"）由个人开发者独立开发。本隐私政策旨在向您说明本应用在数据处理方面的真实情况，以便您在使用本应用前充分了解我们对隐私保护的承诺。本政策适用于 FeelQuit 的所有中国区版本及其他地区使用本应用的用户。

By using FeelQuit (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This App is independently developed and maintained by an individual developer. This Policy explains how we handle data within the App and reflects our commitment to protecting your privacy. It applies to users in Mainland China as well as users in other regions.

本应用无需注册账号，也不会收集任何可识别个人身份的信息，包括但不限于姓名、身份证号、电话号码、邮箱、地理位置、通讯录、照片、麦克风内容等。

The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, ID number, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.

您在使用过程中，可自行选择填写一些基本资料（如性别、年龄、吸烟年限、每日平均吸烟量等）。这些信息完全自愿提供，用于提升应用体验和为您生成更个性化的辅助内容。若您不填写，不会影响应用的核心功能正常使用。

During your use of the App, you may choose to optionally provide certain basic profile information, such as your gender, age, smoking history (how many years you have been smoking), and your average daily number of cigarettes. Providing this information is entirely optional and is only used to improve your in-app experience (for example, more personalized insights or FAQ suggestions). If you choose not to provide this information, you can still use all core features of the App.

用户在应用中记录的"想抽烟事件""强度""备注"等数据均由用户自行输入，并全部保存在用户设备本地。本应用不会读取、收集或上传任何设备权限中的数据。

All smoking-urge records you enter in the App (such as the time of the urge, intensity level, and optional notes) are created by you and are stored only on your device. The App does not read, collect, or upload any data from device permissions or system services.

您提供的基本资料（如性别、年龄、吸烟年限等）仅用于本地生成更符合您个人情况的统计提示、趋势分析或帮助内容，例如在帮助中心中为您生成更贴合个人情况的提问示例。

The optional profile information you provide (such as gender, age, and smoking history) is used only on your device to generate statistics, trends, and guidance that better match your situation. For example, the App may use this information to prepare more personalized question templates in the Help Center for you to copy and use with external AI tools.

您在本应用中输入的所有数据仅用于本地计算与展示，例如统计图表、趋势分析、记录列表等，以帮助您了解自身的戒烟行为模式。

All data you enter in the App is used solely for local calculations and display, such as charts, trends, and history lists, to help you better understand your smoking and quitting patterns.

本应用不会将任何数据上传至服务器、不会传输第三方、不会用于广告投放、推广或行为分析。

The App does not upload your data to any server, does not share it with any third party, and does not use it for advertising, promotion, or behavioral profiling.

当您主动选择将生成的分享长图"保存到相册"时，应用会请求"照片写入"权限，仅用于把该图片保存到您的设备相册，不会读取相册内容，也不会上传图片。

When you choose to "Save to Photos" for the generated share image, the App requests photo-library add/write permission. This is used only to save that image to your device's photo library. The App does not read your photo library contents and does not upload any images.

所有数据（包括用户自愿提供的性别、年龄、吸烟年限等信息）均存储在您的设备本地，不会上传至云端或开发者端。开发者无法访问和查看任何用户数据。

All data, including optional profile information (such as gender, age, and smoking history), is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to any cloud service or server controlled by the developer. The developer has no access to your data.

本应用依赖 iOS 系统提供的安全机制，如应用沙盒、系统加密等，来保护数据安全。若您卸载本应用，所有本地数据将随之删除且无法恢复。

The App relies on iOS system security mechanisms, such as app sandboxing and system-level encryption, to help protect your data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

本应用不接入任何第三方 SDK，包括但不限于广告 SDK、统计分析 SDK、社交分享 SDK、行为跟踪 SDK 等。

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, including but not limited to advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social-sharing SDKs, or behavior-tracking SDKs.

因此，本应用不存在向任何第三方共享或传输数据的情况。

Accordingly, the App does not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

本应用提供订阅（应用内购买，In-App Purchase）功能。所有支付由 Apple 的 App Store 支付系统处理，开发者无法访问任何您的支付信息、账单信息或银行卡等数据。

The App offers subscription-based features via in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple's App Store payment system. The developer cannot access your payment details, billing information, or bank card data.

本应用仅作为戒烟行为记录与辅助工具，旨在帮助用户了解自身行为习惯，不构成任何形式的医疗建议、诊断或治疗。

The App is designed only as a tool to help you record smoking urges and support your quitting process. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

如您有吸烟相关的健康问题，请咨询专业医疗人员。本应用未取得任何医疗器械认证。

If you have any health conditions related to smoking, please consult qualified healthcare professionals. The App is not a medical device and has not obtained any medical device certification.

本应用面向具有完全民事行为能力的成年人。如未成年人使用本应用，应在监护人的指导与同意下进行，监护人应承担相应的隐私保护责任。

The App is intended for adult users with full civil capacity. If a minor uses the App, they should do so only with the consent and supervision of their legal guardian, who is responsible for the minor's privacy and data protection.

由于本应用不收集任何云端数据，所有数据均由您自行掌控。您可随时在应用内修改或清除已输入的信息，也可通过卸载应用的方式，立即删除所有本地存储的数据。

Because the App does not store your data on any server, you remain in full control of all information. You may modify or delete the data you entered at any time within the App. You may also delete all locally stored data immediately by uninstalling the App.

我们可能会根据应用功能变更或法律法规更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将通过应用内或本页面进行公示，并自发布之日起生效。我们建议您定期查阅本页面以获取最新信息。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or applicable laws and regulations. When we make changes, we will update this page within the App. The revised Policy will take effect from the date it is posted.
